No additional saturated fats such as butter, added; liquid vegetable oils used instead. Where cheese is added, use a reduced fat cheese.
No hydrogenated fats used; liquid vegetable oils used instead.
No added salt; herbs and spices used instead.
The portion size for most dishes is suitable for a family of four. Leftovers can be put into the fridge or freezer for reheating later in a microwave or oven, till they are really hot right through.
